About APEX
Building careers. Strengthening teams.
A recruitment agency built for construction
We are excited to officially launch APEX Construction Recruitment, a recruitment agency dedicated to connecting skilled tradespeople and construction professionals with the right opportunities.
Our aim is simple: to take the stress out of recruitment by connecting construction businesses with quality candidates for permanent positions.
We cover Essex, Suffolk, Kent and London, and we focus on permanent recruitment: connecting the right people with the right companies, for the long term.
What we stand for
We understand trades, tickets, sites and the pressure of a programme, so conversations are practical and introductions make sense.
You speak to a real person who listens, responds quickly and treats your reputation as seriously as their own.
We focus on lasting appointments, connecting people with employers they can grow with, not short term fixes.
We take time to understand both sides, so every introduction is made for a reason.
Support a brand new business
As a brand-new business, we’d really appreciate your support. Like our page, follow our journey, share our posts and tag anyone working in construction or looking to recruit.
